Once you submit criteria and complete the registration, you will be on a Waitlist as a Rental Home Buyer as we analyze tons of data, work with many builders, work internally for a right group and notify you once group selection is completed. Note that it can take up to 3 months to get the right alignment. After all, we will focus on limited vetted properties and right groups which takes time.
